The Mr. Basketball Invitational is played in the main arena of the
Health & Sports Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska-Kearney. This 6,500 seat-air conditioned
arena was part of a $10 million project completed in 1990 and offers
three full-size cross courts. College coaches love our setup, as it allows them to view
three courts at from one seat.
The new Kearney Catholic Cope Coliseum opened in
January of 2007 and provides the fourth court, just one mile
from the UNK campus.
Both sites have a booming sound system, air conditioning, concessions,
great seating and are very close to the motels.
