2011 HEIDI HOFF and RILEY NORDGAARD Northern
Lites
Hoff and Nordgaard each averaged over 10 point each as the Northern
Lites went undefeated in route to the title. Hoff, a 5-10 senior-to-be,
from Brandon Valley averaged 18.4 points during the prep season.
Rodgaard, a 5-10 senior-to-be, for Canby was named the conference
player-of-the-year.
2011 All-Tournament Team
2010 RACHEL BANHAM Lakeville North Panthers
Cady, a 5-10 senior-to-be, averaged 15.5 points from her guard
position to help guide Lakeville to the Minnesota Showcase title. Las
season Banham, a three-time All-Conference selection, was named the Area
and Co-Metro Player-of-the-Year helping Lakeville to a State Title and a
perfect record of 32-0.
2010 All-Tournament Team
2009 EMILY CADY Nebraska Bison/Judds I
Cady, a 6-2 junior-to-be, helped guide the Nebraska Bison/Judds I
squad to the inaugural Minnesota Showcase title. Cady, an
first-team All-State and All-Conference selection, was key player for
Seward High School in their run to the Nebraska Class B state
Championship.
