Midwest’s Best Prep & Youth Events!
Mr. Basketball, Inc., hosts a variety of tournaments for boys youth teams, individual high school teams and summer club teams. Click on the links below for more details about each of the events. You can register online for any of the events, or if you prefer, print out the PDF form and mail it with a check.
The 22nd Annual Mr. Basketball Invitational for summer travel teams is slated for July 4-7, 2013, and will feature 48 teams from 15 states. College coaches from across the country will be on hand to scout the talented field. Games are played in a 6,500 seat-air conditioned arena! Great competition, exposure and facilities! Open division & Gold division for 9th/10th/11th graders-to-be.
The 13th Annual Mr. Basketball Dakota Showcase for summer travel teams will be held June 27-29, at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. College coaches from the Upper Midwest will be on hand for one of the region’s most popular events.
The 5th Annual Mr. Basketball Minnesota Showcase for summer travel teams will be held June 21-23, at Minnesota St. University, Mankato. The Minnesota Showcase is our newest exposure event but has quickly been established as one of the region’s most competitive events with exposure to Upper Midwest college scouts.
The 20th Annual Mr. Basketball Slamfest is open to individual high school teams and AAU-type teams. The Slamfest features more than 100 teams from Nebraska and surrounding states with separate divisions for big & small schools.
We host several 3rd-9th grade youth tournaments in December, January, February and March in Kearney, Lexington, Ravenna/Cairo, Ogallala and Holdrege. These tournaments feature anywhere from 32-250 teams, with multiple brackets per grade to ensure competitive games throughout.
