College Exposure Event
The 12th Annual Mr. Basketball & Miss Basketball Dakota Showcase in Sioux Falls is set for June 28-30, 2012. The event will feature 64 boys and girls summer teams from eight states. More than 120 mens and womens college coaches will be on hand to scout the event.
This event offers a Platinum Division for seniors-to-be and a Gold Division for juniors/sophomores-to-be.
2012 Mr. Basketball Dakota Showcase and 2012 Miss Basketball Dakota Showcase entry materials are available as Adobe PDF files. Due to the number of programs who participate each year, there are few openings each year. Register early to get a spot in this event.
The 2012 Dakota Showcase Game Day Info page has info for the participating teams & parents, including the schedule packet, roster & player profile forms, motel info and more. During the tournament, box scores and updated brackets will be published immediately after each game.
All games will be played at the air conditioned Elmen Center on the campus of Augustana College. The facility has a 4,000-seat main arena and a new practice facility with two full-size wood courts. Our slide show has photos of the facility and more from the event.
